Students will complete 40 hours of practicum training with a local employer and may earn a national certification. The course meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. beginning Tuesday, May 9, and meets Monday-Thursday. Cost is $1,200. Scholarships are available for qualifying individuals. >> Medical Office Skills Training: Enrollment begins in May for individuals desiring to become a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. This training program is 20 weeks and includes a 60-hour internship training opportunity. Additionally, enrollees may earn up to 12 college credits through Mountwest Community and Technical First Aid Training College and a national certification through the National Healthcare Association.
